On-site clients in the Grand Traverse region and surrounding counties will be invoiced monthly for services that include assessment, care plan report, and ongoing care management, client communication, crisis intervention and assistance with advocacy at my hourly rate of $90.
Virtual Clients: In order to keep rates low, I do not have administrative staff. My clients are referred by other health care professionals, elderlaw attorneys, financial planners, ALCA, or previous clients. My work time is focused on clients, families/friends, who have already determined that they desire help in better understanding care options.
I spend most of my day serving clients. My service and intake questions will pop up when you are booking an appointment online. Please save in-depth details for our scheduled call. I am able to keep my fees low by being efficient.
Kindly use the booking/appointment tool on the site or ask a friend, a social worker, or a family member to help you set up our first call. If you need an appointment, but there is no timely slot available online, you may use this contact page to ask about a specific time you would like that is not listed, and I will meet that need if possible. Unlisted hours, weekend, and evening hours will be considered upon request.
