In order to keep rates low, I do not have administrative or marketing staff. My clients are referred by other health care professionals, elderlaw attorneys, financial planners, or previous clients. My work time is focused on clients, families/friends, who have already determined that they desire help in better understanding care options.
Work weeks are busy and I spend most of my day serving clients. Please refrain from providing in-depth details of the what help is needed until after an appointment is booked and the intake form is complete and submitted. I am able to keep my fees low by spending less time on the phone and focus on booked client needs.
Please do not contact me about booking an appointment. Use the booking tool on the site to do this or ask a friend, a social worker, or a family member to help you. If you have questions about care management, ALCA, or the NACCM, please visit their websites for more information. If you need an appointment, but there is no timely slot available online, you may use this contact page to ask about a specific time you would like that is not listed, and I will meet that need if possible. Unlisted hours, weekend, and evening hours will be considered upon request.
